WisePass resumed the bottle service option
On January 20th 2022, WisePass held a private event sponsored by Diageo with the brand The Singleton 15 years old at Layla Eatery & Bar in Ho Chi Minh City.
During the event, a few announcements were made about WisePass :
The redemption system
The way you redeem a bottle now follow a point system called PASS where each product will be set a certain amount of PASS in order to redeem it. During the event, a demo was made with 5 bottles of the Singleton 15 years old with the app. Each bottle required 100 PASS in order to be served by Layla.
The new terms & conditions
In the past, venues were simply sponsored and received bottles. It was simple but could cause some unintended consequences from the consumers as some wouldn’t spend as much as we would expect. In order to ensure the program could work smoothly, WisePass gave the power back to venues to discuss on the design of the program and set a minimum spend and time for redemption. At Layla, WisePass subscribers can get a bottle everyday as long as they come before 9pm and spend at least 500,000 VND for a redemption.
The new pricing
With this new program, a new plan was released in order to let new subscribers take advantage of that offer. The new plan is called the Founder plan and the pricing is 5,000,000 VND per month. Each day, this plan will grant 100 PASS for subscribers to enjoy. What that means is the Founder plan can let subscribers redeem products, services or access events that’s priced under 100 PASS. If an event requires 20 PASS then a Founder subscriber can get 4 more of his or her friends to access an event.
The new venues
As the lockdown is over for 3 months now, WisePass has determined a selection of venues to re-start the bottle service and will roll them out on a bi-weekly basis ( excluding the period of the Lunar New Year ) or faster if the situation allows it. After Layla, the next venue will be Asia's 50 Best Bars 2021, Summer Experiment located on 77-79 Ly Tu Trong Street, District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. WisePass plans to grow back to over 100 venues within this year.
