How many steps are there to be on WisePass?
WisePass works with venues to drive them traffic and sales. Many venues have started asking us how to work with them and what are the steps to get it done. This article will share the steps to the venues to reach that outcome.
By partnering as a venue with WisePass, you’ll join a multitude of other venues in a select group of locations tailored for WisePass subscribers, located predominantly in Ho Chi Minh City.
In order to get started as a venue with WisePass, there are 4 steps.
1 - Listing

First, a WisePass representative will visit your venue and retrieve your social media activity to assess your online presence as a venue, as well as the quality of your venue. We usually retrieve information like the logo, picture of your venue, description and business hours.
Once this step is completed and the venue is established, we are able to move on to the next step.
2 - Boxing
A key aspect of WisePass is the boxes used to display the QR codes, which are then used to redeem PASS for drinks at your venue.
During the boxing step, we manufacture a box and issue a special, individual QR code to identify your specific location.
Once the box for your venue is made, we will send it over so you can begin to process our members at your venue. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
3 - Delivering
During this step, WisePass will deliver sponsored products which are then used for WisePass subscribers at your venue.
For example, if your venue offers beers on the WisePass app for 3 PASS, WisePass will send your venue beer to then serve our members. That step usually takes 2 to 3 business days.
4 - Activating
Activation of your venue and box - we provide an in-depth online tutorial for you and also visit the venue in-person to demonstrate how the process works and how to put through a member when they wish to redeem a drink at your venue.
The activation process is complete when you receive your first redemption!
Minimum spend
With WisePass, you’re in control of the traffic and sales. You can set a minimum spend for our subscribers to pay in order to enjoy the items they can redeem.
Doing so help the venue to ensure an appropriate average bill from a WisePass member. Venues have full control over it and can simply tell us the minimum spend they want to set for the items they will hand over.
