What kind of campaigns can be run on WisePass?
WisePass is a marketing platform for brands. It collects consumer interactions with brands and stores them intelligently so they can be reached again whenever brands run campaigns in the future.
With WisePass, you can run four types of campaigns: awareness, engagement, promotion, and loyalty.
For users, the process is always the same: They’ll always have to scan a QR code and confirm on their app, but the value proposition will be different.
Awareness
Awareness campaign is designed to draw consumers to try the brand product or service. The consumer will see on the app the offer and information on where to try it and head there to redeem the offer.
An example would be a whisky brand trying to draw 5,000 people in the city to come and try in selected bars their new cocktail. The campaign duration would be 3 months and consumers can simply go there to redeem their offer once or more ( it would be up to the brand ).
Engagement
The engagement campaign is designed to let people attend an event from the brand.
The brand would set the information in the app to let consumers know when and where it would happen.
An example would be a wine tasting event trying to draw 50-100 people to a restaurant. People would be scanning to check in and then enjoy the wine tasting with a sommelier. The campaign would consist in organizing 12 events within a year and setting a specific venue to draw consumers to come and enjoy the tasting.
Promotion
A promotion campaign is designed to draw consumers with a brand discount.
The brand would set an offer on the app to let consumers know the discount and when it applies.
An example would be 50% off on drinks the whole month for 10 selected bars and restaurants in a specific city. The offer can be limited to the brand's consumer base or restricted to its own customer base. The campaign would then consist of looking at the sales impact it will generate for the brand across the venues that were selected.
Loyalty
A loyalty campaign is designed to draw consumers with a reward.
The brand would set a reward on the app to let consumers know that they are entitled to this reward if they complete the challenge.
An example would be a free bottle of wine for consumers that 3 events from the brand organized on WisePass. It can also be a 20% discount for consumers who come to the restaurant to redeem an offer more than 10 times. That campaign usually focuses on driving repeat customers.
