On Wednesday (29/06), the latest event in Explore Your City - Edition 4 took place in Original Bar, a small, cozy and charming venue for visitors to enjoy some of the most original cocktails, exclusively made in that bar.
The latest event in this series was Edition 4 - WisePass members received access to an exclusive Cocktail Masterclass at Original Bar. For further upcoming Editions in this series, you will get to explore similar more exciting and authentic experiences with WisePass.

What’s special about the event?
An interesting fact about this bar that might surprise you is that the owners of the Original Bar are in fact the bartenders that make your drinks. They founded this business with a passion for cocktails and the goal to introduce both the unique, original flavours and the art of cocktails decoration to a wider group of people. Their main strength is to delight your taste with the “homemade” cocktails, the drinks so unique you may come back for another.
Recognising the Original Bar’s excellence in cocktail making, WisePass collaborates with the bar to host an exclusive Cocktail Masterclass for WisePass subscribers. In this Masterclass, you will learn how to make an original drink of your choice.
In the last Edition 4, we had a few drinks you can choose from: The Muse, Good Fellas, The Gentleman, or The Kiss of Venus. These drinks are the “signatures” of the Original Bar, so it is guaranteed you won’t find them anywhere else.
The masterclass included eccentric cocktails, some of which were a sight to behold!
Under the step-by-step guidance of Original Bar’s bartenders, you will learn how to use a professional bartender’s toolset to mix your own cocktails.
If you have always been curious about what combination of alcohol types produces such mesmerising flavours in cocktails, there isn’t a better chance than this to experiment!
What’s better? You are not only learning to make a cocktail, but you are also learning about what makes the drink special: the ingredients, the vibe, and the origin of that drink.
For example, in the Good Fellas drink, there’s a use of a special ingredient: fish sauce.
The expert bartender’s at Original Bar were on hand to teach their knowledge to WisePass subscribers at this exclusive masterclass
Yes, you heard it right. It’s fish sauce in your drink. Now, why am I telling you this?
Of course not to scare you off the drink. The aforementioned fish sauce ingredient has already been caramelised to remove the strong and invasive flavour - only added in to diminish the bitterness of the butter cold brew - another ingredient - in the drink.
By the way, Good Fellas is the signature drink of Original Bar. You should definitely give it a try!

Games enjoyed after the cocktail masterclass - intense!
In the chilling music and light, taking a sip of the cocktail hand-made by you, understanding the meaning behind each ingredient and how they complement each other will give you a completely different feel than a normal drink.
After the masterclass, everyone gathered around to play some games. The two games were Wooden Tower and Kahoot. The Kahoot game tested your understanding of the alcohol world and the experience you just had in the masterclass. While the Wooden Tower game is a true mental game.
